Default focos wireing

Right iv started to build a focos and all the loom inside has been cut and all the branes and ecu are gone well wot i was thinking of using in its place is a loom out of a 3dr cosworth and just mod the end for the lights and stuff as in the dash i will be using a after markit setup for speed revs and so on it just seams to make sens to me wot do you lot think about this

Get another Focus loom from a scrappy, they're easy enough to remove in one piece.
Bear in mind, if you use the sierra loom you'll be tied to the sierra switch gear and stalks with WILL look shit
Std focus loom, pull the airbag and engine bits off it, fit an aux fusebox for the cossie engine loom, fuel pump, fan, and whatever dash setup you use job jobbed

use a focus loommate, as all you need is a cossie engine loom unless your fitting cossie abs aswell?

Totally agreed.....
The cossie abs uses its own loom so you can piggy back that aswell ;o)

Do note that you would be safest with a PRE facelift foci loom.

Post facelift uses the Siemens 'GEM' to control lights/wipers/etc which is also linked to PATS. I don't know if anybody's tried running one without the ECU and correct transponder, but it would be a pain to wire the beast up and then find that nothing works.
