When you agree to cancel an Ebay transaction ,does that means that you are refunded?

Im a litbit worried because i didnt get any paypal invoice.


Has anyone has the same expirience?

are you the buyer or seller, if seller than as above, if you both agree to it you will get your fees back. If the buyer you need to make sure they refund you before agreeing to cancel, as I don't believe its part of the process.

Has happened to me this week when Paypal threw a wobbler & payed the seller twice. Paypal then asked did i want to cancel the extra transaction, I agreed & that was it, they paid it back.

Thats a diff thing I think Rod. OP is talking about the seller wanting to cancel a transaction I believe.
