Default Sorry....Vauxhall question

Ok, not a member of any other forum so thought I'd ask you guys.

Anyone know how to get the stereo out of a Vauxhall Zafira, and would anyone then be able to recode it.?
For a female friend who Vauxhall want to charge £20 for the priviledge

What age Zafira? If its the newer double din type then just take it to Vauxhall - much easier!

If its an older single din... Removal: 4 x small allen bolts then use the pull keys you can buy from Halfraud's. Once its in place to recode, hold down the AS button and turn on the ignition - screen should start flashing - to enter the numbers you press 1-4 (so if first digit of code is 3 you'd press the number 1 button 3 times and so on for the rest...) - when finished press AS button again and it should work!

If you don't have the code then it'll have to go to somebody that can recode them!
