Just put a set on the other halfs' daily driver Sierra in 205-50R15 size.
They have a slightly softer sidewall than the Avon ZV-3 she had before. They are softer on the ride but have found them to be a little "wallowy" in some corners compared to the Avons, but nowhere near as bad as Toyos used to be a few years back. They have certainly improved since then.
Okay in the wet, but again, can slip a little bit, but as they are only a couple of hundred miles old, they could possibly improve over time.

20K+ Super Poster.
Have used them and the previous s version, and eagle f1 gsd3, plus many others.
F1, I wouldn't use it it were free, there are better tyres than the f1 and the t1r for similar if not less money.
Try some HANCOOK VENTUS V12 EVO, then tell me they're crap, seriously the best tyres I've had on the 2wd to date, eagles were average, that's when thyey didn't develop sidewall bulges, curiously at 3 years of age all the time.
T1S were a LOT better than the T1R, had these on the astra 16,000 miles, but need spinning as wear outside edge easy, r's were supposed to address this problem, which they did at the cost of overal wear, now getting 6,000 miles from the r version.
Other contenders would be Uniroyal Rainsport 2, vredestein sportrac 3, but have ventus on front of cossie and they seriously stick wet or dry.
