i'd be careful here i reckon theres some sort of conspiracy!!!!!!!!

i brought a motor and never got the book, after 3 months i rang the dvla and they confirmed that my name wasnt the registered keeper.
i sent off the green slip to apply for second book, two days later a log book turned up
then a week later a duplicate...no problem you say , then i sell the car, send off book.....
..two months later i get a fine through for not notifying of change, i ring up and tell them i sent off book, two weeks later i get a letter saying i,m going to court....i go up the dvla office , theres a man in the queue who had applied 3 times and spent 75 quid trying to get a logbook that never turned up, the dvla response was..not our problem
we sent it!!!!!!

thats my moan over
