Default fitting aftermarket bumpers.....

No im not fitting a snow plough lol, its a fibreglass rear bumper for a escort van. Has no fixings, want to do a tidy job and one that wont welcome rust. Needs fixing on arch lip and along back yop edge...... by the look of it anyway. Was thinking of fir tree clips rather than bolts or screws etc. What would be the BEST way to fix it?

when we did my mates we attached a piece of angle alloy to the rear panel under the back doors. we run a bead of sealer along this then the bumper sat on that. once the sealer was dry the bumper could be removed and the alloy angle was the fixing point
