I know the Bradford and Bingley rates are good at the moment

halifax, just done mine, on a tracker for 2 years, no fees, and a good rate, just ordered a set of rondells, and a set of gaz coilovers, i love a good remortgage!!

Matt all depends on so many different variables, go see an IFA give them an idea of what your looking for and they will use "Mortgage Brain" (Mortgage specific search engine) to show you many deals that suit your specific needs!

A lot of deals that IFA's have on offer are preferential to them, and not available on the high street, you simply wont match them no matter how hard you look about.
