was out in my sti type r on friday nite with 4 of my mates in the car was on its cunt.was just cruising when my mate who has a vxr nurbi came up the side of me then followed me about the town i knew exactly what he was wantin so we headed to a straight long road with some roundabouts(kingsway) i came off the circle waited till he went for it and nailed it i pulled away about 4 car lenghts and he couldnt catch me slowed down went around the roundabout he came up behind me with his foot down and went to overtake me but i nailed it again haha he wasnt catchin fuckal.and best thing is there was only 2 in tha vxr and i had 5.then sunday nite had a wee play with an evo5 was an older man i locked the diff and we both took off from the lights i got a better start and pulled away about 4 cars again llf i had 3 in the car and he had 2.this all happened with passengers in my car i wonder how much id scalp them with just me in the car anyways just thot it share this bit of excitment.

i had a race before with a 54 plate wrx sti that was (supposingly)420bhp.

all started at a jct of a motorway which we both got on at the same time. i flew past him comin up the slip round. he didnt see me comin went throgh 1st 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th up too about 150. he didnt pass me bit as i said he didnt see me comin.

i slowed down and he got along side. both opened our windows. he asked what i was runinng, i told him 300bhp. which he replyed "fucking hell this is running 420bhp".

he then said put it in 4th. we both did and nailed it. he creeped away from me but nothing drastic.

we both slowed down again. and i said put it in 3rd. we both nailed it i pulled away from him and he couldnt get past until 5th at about 140mph.

"Nurburgring Spec" my ass, just cos it has stickers on it, doesn't make it any less of moronic car choice. Like the normal VXR, it has too much power without even a proper set of brakes or differential. Don't get these people who are happily forking over the extra dosh over a normal VXR for a bit of vinyl and stitching
