oooo freeky was stood on my doorstep smoking when 2 red lights caught my eye in the sky very much like a plan but not, they were red not flkasing or anything, next thing theres 4 of them!!!

v v close together from my sight an inch or so so prob many feet inbetwnn but it was just freaky, i see planes all time as im right by southampton airport but these just didnt resmble any plane ive seen, then the bottn 3 got dimmer i spose into clouds then the last 1

a plane went over same sort of hight and distance a few mins later and i could clearly see the flashing red and white as normal

and yes it wa sa green one i was smoking but it was my first so no way

I got in touch with the pappers that chop put up the link for, then i gto emails from some guy who was doing a lot of investigating of these sightings of red light ufo's, he wanted all the infomation, ins and outs of what i saw.

alot round hear at the moment, i though they were ufo`s but then found out the were not

Could be chinese lanterns, I let some of now an again, they can be seen a surprising distance away on a clear night, keep thinking about one with a RGB led flashing sending that up!!
Loads of odd lights around here, lots of training areas, even have a letter from whitehall about a sighting I reported(with video) RAF Marham is the reporting centre for the UFO sightings btw, 01760 337261.

i would say without knowing the proper facts its a lantern we seen 2 last night, the can look reallly odd and go some height
