another internet "refresh" problem? probably simple to a computer geek?

Angry another internet "refresh" problem? probably simple to a computer geek?

after i was advised to clean my spyware out i can now log into every other internet site now! the problem now is when i load up a internet page its all my old posts, i keep having to keep clicking refresh all the time so i can see new posts etc

probably simple enough to do but i hate friggin computers

Try clearing your cookies, or temporary internet files as they're officially called.

Look in internet settings,
think there will be one that covers the content you view, how often it updates content, remember seeing it but can't remember exactly where or what it is called.
