basically you put compressed air into the cylinder and check where it's leaking to/from.

with comps like that it is a rebuild no need for another test it is time to strip the mota, cylinder leak down test is to find the area of leak be it rings valve or gasket. not much point with the comps you have it needs striping for a rebuild, go through the head and regrind the valves reface the head then rebuild the bottom end.

Rick - not all but lots of places can...

all it will tell you is wether its your valves or bores that are knackered.

Sadly its not likly to be a head gasket or anything minor.

with the readings you have i would say it is worn bores chap the old cvh cops a floging and with worn ring lans and fooked rings the pistons start to break up wich combined with boost soon show readings like you have. turn the boost up on an old cvh and it will pop with out fail. no point in doing another test chap either way its a strip down i very much dout it is head issues it would be more like broken or worn out rings.

As above...

Its either your valves arnt sealing - or your piston rings arnt.

just because it's not smoking doesn't mean your compression rings are not worn or broke or stuck in the groove with excess carbon build up. i'd say rings but do a wet test as above to confirm.
