i cant seem to log into a lot of my forums and facebook etc....... i type in my correct username and password and it keeps putting my back to the page where i have to enter my username and password over and over again!

tried deleting all internet files and cookies to no avail

 

I have this problem when I use my mum's laptop with firefox - go back to IE ( a proper browser IMO) and it works fine!

 

having the exact same issue with facebook on my mobile at the moment. What the hell am i meant to do all day at work if i have no facebook?!

 

i have IE rich, just started randomly doing it over the past 2 weeks

Is the browser set to accept cookies?

Have you deleted all your cookies? Tools > internet Options > Settings > View Files. If any exist delete all the cookie: files then try again.

 

Someone hacked you account and changed passwords??

Is it ok on other computer's or not?

 

IE is rubbish...

 

briefly tried some sites on my mates laptop the other day and they log me in fine
