interford says php aswell its just hidden, interford is also a version behind vbulletin 2 RSOC is now vbulletin 3

php is just the coding used in vbulletin, same as ubb, ubb threads and phpbb2

The old RSOC BB had "point at topic for review pop up" feature (same as PassionFord has).....The new RSOC BB has lost this facility

So that is a downgrade IMO, as the feature is very handy.

You need to log in to see the private adds at present, Giz and Kel say site is still being set up so this may change, still lot of tweaks to be made as VB3 is very different to VB2 and some settings dont transfer over smoothly.

in terms of pure design, it's 2 years late. This color scheme and design is totally old fashioned and outdated
