Please do not think I am sounding a Cunt to you.

are you a Pro with Dishes?? you fitted the Quad LNB yourself? Did you knock the dish off alignment, any movement of alignment can knock it all off mate....

A tennis ball knocked mine off FFS, cost £30 for sky to come and re-align it.

do you have no signal at all in settings or do you have slight signal on the bars?

im sure on the sky lnbs they have a little lever that adjusts the skew angle? basically twists the lnb so the horizontal and vertical signals are recieved in the right place. Tho you shoud get some signal even if this is a bit out.

The little pointer shold point to number 3 on the skew angle.
Sounds like the dish has moved, but its worth checking the cable for tight kinks or damage. If its been up there for donkeys yaers, it might need a new one.
If Sky want to charge a fortune to adjust it, or put a a new one up, its worth trying your local aerial fitters, they may be cheaper?
