Default FAO TRADERS

Guys what diagnostics equipment do you use? Price Guie And make etc? Outof 10? We are looking to invest to increase our turnover (being hite at the mo ) and then we can sign up to stu and pet as a trader.

Not sure traders will reply due to potential loss of business!

What kind of cars are you looking to fault diagnose on?

A PECTEL Monitor and a OBD2 diagnostics tool (pref connected to laptop) are pretty essential bits of kit IMO. EVen i got an OBD2 tool and software on my laptop for helping out mates (dont fit my car )

well mostly ford and vauxhall as its what we see the most. how much did you pay for your OBD2

I made mine from a kit

Mine uses the ISO protocol (ie, Euro/Jap cars).....not fords. So youll either need a pukka one that does Fords PWM and the ISO protocols or, two tools!.
