surely sum1 must know if these are shit or not 4 pot... going up to pay the guy tomorra so really need sum help are they any better that the standard frst calipers cheers people

Ive had them on my car for approx two years and think there spot on...couldnt believe the differance

willwood make at least 20 different kind of calipers... being as vague as you are is probably why you have had no help.

Bought some from America, 4 pot superlite's for £80, but they were an older stlye.
Not tried them yet as the cars still on axle stands
But they're rediculously light.

Sorry fella, i was just letting you know how much i paid for them as per your original post.
The chap i bought them off in America reckoned they used them on some Nascar's and they have to be brought down from some high speeds, wether or not that's true i don't know but i'd have thought they're going to be better than standard RS Turbo brakes being 4 pots.

yer just seems cheap must be better than standard i wont to run about 240bhp when i start my restro so wanna make sure they are up 2 it cheers

Yep, but they don't really need them as they have stainless pistons

thats peoples response pal, read what theyve put and decide for yourself.

me personally - yes there a good caliper imo if your not going for daft power.

what size wheels are you planning on running though? as this will affect your disc choice, which imo makes a big difference to.

You can fit bigger but you will need a spacer/mounting plate to mount the caliper further away from the hub.

I had willwood four pots with 310mm discs on a 370bhp mk1 escort and they were awesome on track and road,never had any problems,they just sqeeled like fook at low speeds when round town/short drives
