I just recieved Feb 2005 issue of performance Ford through the post and have read the feature that MSD have taken part in concerning Closed loop Lambda control systems. They used andys` ("RS GUS" on here) sapphire RS 4x4 to develop the setup, to get the most out of the older Marelli ECU so emission tests at MOT time can still be passed, better MPG can be gained and better drivability without going to after market engine management, aswell as decent power output I`m sure. I thought it a great feature that showed there is still life left in the old L8 yet, I think its something that many Cosworth owners should think about having done on their cars to save money and get the most out of their old YB`s, once again, another top feature that puts MSD` innovative work on a national bill board, keep up the good work guys

Its a shame we couldnt get more space, it was real tricky for me and Nick to get across what we needed to in the allowed space, Nick worked hard to sort it all to fit in enough relevant text, and it shows by being text rich

Id be interested in feedback to be honest, see if it achieved its aims?

Its more equipped than a 1987 3door Matt and ive fitted it to them

 

have mine once i finish with it..and i live in basingstoke so i can drop it off

 

ok well i will defo be going for this then stu in the coming month

all im waiting on now is some brake pads from sapphymike and the oil breather kit from cossymad then its all yours
