who watches what they eat?
just wondered, do people watch it or just buy/eat whatever they feel like?
I think im in between, like i wont eat shit everyday, but i do sometimes eat crap like chocolate,crisps, chips etc etc.
Just going to finish this fresh cream muffin

I have to big style. I hate fat bastards and wont turn into one. I'm no lean mean fighting machine, just "normal".
I love eating and CAN'T leave anything on a plate etc.
WHen working away i need to watch as im excercising less. Last trip here i came back a right fat cunt. Drinking beer everyday fucks you up LOADS

I try to eat healthily, like lambchop, I simply can't leave anything on my plate
I do eat crap at the weekends though, but do plenty of exercise and eat well during the week to keep me in shape.
I could quite easily turn into a right fat fuck though if I stopped exercising and started eating shite all week, I simply love eating

I have started to watch what i eat as i was turning into a fat bastard lol
Its to easy at lunch time, chippy etc,and all the other shit of the day.
Since ive started ive felt alot better.
No more chippys chinese indian etc for me.
Maybe a wee bottle awe bucky now and then though!!!lol

Since the missus was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance, I find myself watching what I eat a lot more. I'm officially one of those boring people that read labels

get em from docs or you can buy em, there fat blockers, stops atleast 30 percent of the fat being digested
so basicly you shit it out, if you eat shit you shits like diahorria lol, however whats what you eat and its fine
im well happy with the stuff, just pop a pill before or after eating, im eating properly too, no excersising as have got the time
a few horror stoories on the net as allways but there muppets out there who use them and eat as normal and if there a bloater it will be mcdonalds etc lol

i ant seen me dick in years,take from that what you will,im happy with how i look but since i gave up weed and drinking beer every night ive been eating a lot better things instead of crisps choc etc.

Bit like yourself really, I cook meals at home so know what goes in them (rather than processed) have the odd packet of crisps and chocolate lunch times or at the weekend, other than that usually quite healthy/balanced/normal dinners, rarely take away/Mc D's/Pizza etc, try to do lots of veggies with dinner
Not an avid exerciser, but mucking out stables in the mornings burns a few calories, I'm far from toned, but never go over 8 1/2 stone in weight, and I am a pig, I do have man sized portions

My Mrs is a pain in the proverbial, won't experiment with food because she doesn't like the texture.
I eat takeaway maybe 3 times a week and eat 3 meals a day. They are big meals too, but I'm quite a lean person so I manage to hold off the Lambchopness quite well.

I never used to watch what I ate but once i hit the big three zero I started piling on the weight so now I watch what I eat and take regular exercise. Now I've lost the weight and am reasonably fit I can't ever see me 'letting myself go' again.
I think as you get older your body is less able to deal with the crap you eat when your younger..

Long and short of it is a gene has been identified that makes people store foods as fat, it is called type b metabolism, doesn't matter how much you exercise how much you eat it stores fat.
BUT, this metabolism can be reprogrammed following her scientifically devised diet, all pretty normal foods, and over some 3 months goes back to normal.
Type b metabolism can be caused amongst other things by severe trauma.

Oh what a serious topic Can't stand the girls in work going on about their stupid points and all that. Diets that don't bloody work, critical about others when you cop them scoffing on chocolate in between meals.
Top tip for anyone trying to loose weight....Stop eating so much sh*t you greedy fat bastard and go to the gym! Personally, I eat whatever I want and work out, perfect balance and it actually works

Yup I watch everything I eat, I know more or less every day what I'm eating calorie wise and the breakdown between carbs/protein & fats.
I never eat crisps, chips, biscuits or any kind of shitty food - cant remember the last time I had a McDonalds or chippy meal.
Plus I eat around 6 meals a day!!

IMO all this fad diets etc are a load of nonsense. I am loosing weight, I was never fat, but had a bit of a belly which is on its way down!
The simple formula to loosing weight is (and keep it between ourselves is a big secret), Eat less, and move more! Guaranteed to work everytime!

I watch what i eat mon-sat then its cakes, pies and ice cream on sundays. I do consume massive amounts though and i'm pretty much eating every 3 hours. Fairly high volume of training keeps me trim though.... 6ft and 155lb is what i average, skinny twat is the technical term iirc.

I look at the bacon sandwich that i have for breakfast, the fry up i have on a saturday morning breakfast at work, ill look at the pudding and chips which i will probably have for my dinner one day this week, the crisps and snacky things ill eat through the day, the Pot Noodles will get serious eyeball, and best of all, the tank of Marstons Pedigree ale i have consumed this weekend got a serious looking at lol
