Default 4x4 saphire with 17ins estimated speed at 6700 rpm

just wondering what sort of speed u should see at these revs in 5th on a standard 4x4 box with the car running 17ins cheers

As said need tyre size, can't figure it without, but simple to do with diff/box tyre numbers.

I'm not sure what the 5th gear ratio is on the box you have, pm me this and I'll work it out and pm you back, but I've put up the formula before on pf/gd so a search should find it.

5th gear in a std 4x4 box is 0.83

so filling in the boxes on the link
speed at 6700 is 150.2mph

Sure is, mine did 161mph (7200rpm) on the GPS and on the speedo it was beyond 174mph
