Oh and thats why the first SHR Album was called 'Metallica meets Pantera' by Metal Hammer. And why we have been titled by press as 'London's best underground unsigned metal band' and quoted to have matched Metallica's '...And Justice for all' album.

As for real music, i never make that statement unless its to trash shite off X-Factor. Cos in reality it is shite. Also like i've said before i probably listen to so much music that you would never even give a chance to. From Classical to Tom Waits to Bob Dylan to Springsteen etc.

If you don't like metal then fair play. But the fact you like the re-worked shite off X-Factor says alot

Glad you liked it. First album was not greatly produced but they had a chance to do it and took it. + i wasn't with them for the first album so i had no input into it

New stuff is more 7-String stuff, hence the more low end sound

We are trying to get most the recording done by June so we can do shows this summer. But i will let people on PF know of shows coming up. Would be cool to see a few heads at the show

I think the peace with out vocals sounds really good with out the vocals and a you discribed the how the song feels to you, to get other think of smoking dark, I think it sould maybe stay vocal-less you help just feel the music.

Oh there is a instrumental coming but its fucking difficult to play correctly cos the timings are fucking stupid.

I'm in the YT vids. I'm the guy with the Cap lol, Was my first gig with them at the Scala. I only had two weeks notice to learn the songs but it all went well

He is awesome for sure but i prefer Phil as i like the aggressiveness and Serj doesn't have that. But he has one hell of a voice.

I listen to tons and tons of music. Believe it or not but my Number 1 inspiration for guitar was a Violinist. Nicolo Paganini was a awesome Violinist and his music was so complex that people could not figure it out and eventually they said he sold his soul to the devil cos no one could write the music he was writing. It was impossible.

But as for metal bands. I'm a HUGEEEE Metallica fan. Also love Pantera, Down, Superjoint Ritual, Devin Townsend, Tom Waits, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, Lamb of God, Machine Head, Snot, Slipknot etc

Sounds well done. However, just more generic metal really. All it needs its some roaring over the top and it will be the same as all the other millions of metal bands out there.
