Hi! Does anyone has pics of the rear 300mm disk conversion brake setup for a cosworth? thanks in advance...

Is this a 300mm disk? It looks massive, I was under the impression that the whole disk will be covered by the brake pad not just a part of it...

If you buy a high spec kit then it covers more of the disc

I would say the kit above is a comp fake kit

No , the bell is bigger

I know it doesnt actually work any better but it looks a million times better as you dont get that horrible 1" rusty bit round the outside of the bells

Correct! no more clamping force as you are still using your caliper. But because the diameter is 25mm larger you get better braking as the radius of the disk is bigger.

Ive just had a set of these deliverd today along with some 6pots for front - cheers martin. how much would bigger calipers cost for the back out of interest? if there is any that work with the discs you sent me today.

I see... I have done a search and I discovered a setup from HiSpec with 4piston calipers and handbrake levers... It's a lot more pricy but I believe with much better results... Maybe I should start thinking about that and it has got more disk sizes available... Thanks guys for the info!!!

Hi Spec do 330mm rear disks, thats what I've got on my Escort Cos.
