Looks ok, had a squint at this ad last night actually.
But seem too cheap if it has no faults, willing to bet it's rotten, smokes, bad transmission/diffs, or has some other tattyness inside or out.
Truth is you won't know until u look at it, i suggest you get some more info on it before going to view if it's far away from you.
i,e has it been welded, does it need welded, if it needs a rebuild it wouldn't bother me, as long as i got it cheaper than the asking price.
Truth is MOST people will put a car for sale higher than what they will take, as they make allowances for hagglers, so i suggest you offer 4k and work up to 4.5k max.
