wat power can standard cope with, or wat should i go 4, posted here cos need quick answer thanks very mutch?

 

I know they survive ok with the usual "200bhp" mods(genuine 175-180ish) but how reliable it will be with a genuine 200 i dont know matt.
If it was my car i would probably go uprated clutch , and aim for 180-200bhp for everyday use.
