tempature gauage problem on a ecos
ok we bought a upgraded 2wd engine loom for the ecos, but trying to connect the temp gauage up but noticed that the wire for the temp gauage is at the front of the engine, is there anyway we can get round it could i tap into the temp gauage for the ecu? cheers andy

Don't tap into the CTS for the ecu, you don't even kn ow if this is the same resistance as the one for the gauge anyway, so would read different.
Best way to get around it is just extend the wire over the the gauge sensor at the rear of the head, which is where your ecu sensor is anyway.
