was just generaly wondering out of a escort rs turbo and a fiesta rs turbo which 1 do people think is best ?

not planning on getting 1 (well not yet because of insurance) just wanted peoples opinions

the fiesta was produced later so maybe has better day to day reliability. Won't think there was that much in it though, just what every you prefer.

More Ecorts about so better choice.

I've had an erst and i wish i'd had the fiesta , dont ask why but it's just one of those things i guess

We're individuals so its your taste at the end of the day but i just like the lines of the fiesta but i still like the escort just not as much .

Would never own a s2 again.

Ive always wanted a Fez Turbo and now own one.....but my god do they rust!

frst for me yes it alot more last minute planning by ford they have a t2 with is abit annoying and i feel the its less drivable power as its no good having so much torque so low down on a fwd car then the power dies off around 5k in 4th just because theres not enough room for the t3 and have no lsd so they one wheel it, the abs is a joke however all this can be fixed and then there a fun little car

also handling wise i like the frst however the lift off oversteer at high speed is less forgiving but when u get it right its a fast fun little car

the ersts seem to have more rust problem areas not alot more

saying that the erst boys seem to get more power and better times down but then i have seen a 200hp frst run a 5.5 0-60 which is impressive really and the fastest thing ive seen move on the road is a frst driving to santapod with luca
