Things will improve with time a bit of support. I'm not going to say it'll go away completely, but some normality will soon return.
My mum passed away about 7 weeks ago now, so I have some understanding of what you're going through as I'm still dealing with that and the aftermath that comes with it.
Thoughts with you, mate.

No one can really say anything just know you have two options with life.
You can cherish the times you had together and celebrate your life or....
Just remember the life you shared and it was his time.
If you can find a way to channel any energy be it anger sadness etc into something positive then do it.
Everyone deals with situations differently and I or anyone else is not going to be able to tell you how to do that.
I have lost someone and I spent months denying it...
I even remember saying im just popping out to see...
So we all handle it differently.
Heres the problem we cant shift emotion until we let go of it and we cant let go of it because we're scared to.
All you can do is accept that its a part of human life and celebrate what you had.
But that my friend is never ever easy and I doubt for one second you can do that.
Just keep your head up yeah x

Sorry for your loss fella, hope you can look back at the good times and know your old man would want you to be smiling when you remember him and not be filled with sadness.
Nothing to say he aint looking down and looking out for you, so think of him every day and remember he is always there anytime you let you mind allow him to be.
