Loved the old tiger striped Saph, looked wicked whenever I saw it on track. However, Evo all the way if you plan to track it a lot. My old 260 did 16000 miles under my ownership, mainly on track or at the Ring. It soaked it all up.
You'd have to really prep a Cossie well to put up with the same abuse.
Even though I love anything Ford YB related, I'm an Evo convert now.

Nowt atm mate, did have a wide arch lwb shogun but some twat nicked it beginning of November while I was abroad.Dont need one atm so not really that bothered tbh.I sold that Saph to Talc @ fenton motors. He was going break it for the block for his.He decided it was to good to break and sold it on.It went chesterfield and then Gary ? RS classics had it.Parted it out and sold the shell on for a resto.Wish I never sold it tbh.
Do you have the Cosworth itch or just curious lol.
Sorry mate, yes I am all good atm mate.Birthday today, big 40 lol.Hope you all good mate.

Yeah I know some funny people too lmao.I was always waiting for the pictures to surface I was told as brother in law stuck it in a ditch on the way out for a track day .My old man had one @2years old and as I got older all my mates had them, like Hoody.Sounds stupid but its the only car I really wanted. It must be true I had the black one for best part of three years.Out of 60 cars its way the longest and when I got that I had about 30k to waist and ended up with that, strange but true fucking lol,2.5k Saph spent the rest on stella ha ha.40's nowt,I think at 50 I will kill some one and blame it on being senile
