got a problem with my laptop, be greatful if someone can help me

right, i think my laptop has got a virus as it wont allow me to download anything from the internet. if i click on save the file does not save anywhere, if i click on run nothing happens. this also happens in safe mode.

i have got AVG on my laptop, but this will not run in normal or safe mode, i cannot even run as administrator.

i have tried uninstalling avg but it comes up with an error.

help please!!

download malware bytes you may need to do this in safe mode to scan it

cheers, but, thats the thing i cant download even in safemode, maybe i have some setting wrong on my laptop to stop me downloading

I got the same virus last Xmas

And had to pay for software to get rid of it had to much to lose on the pc hardrive for a format

i used this software TBH i paid about Ł20 last year and it been flawless saved me loads of times STOPZILLA
