Best Mates Sister Killed by Drunk Driver
This happened yesterday and I've known about it since then.. and I've had my head up my arse since then trying to keep busy and stuff, but its got a bit much for me tonight since I'm here alone and got time to think etc.

I am down about whats happened and am hurting because I knew Caroline and also because I am one of Chris' best friends, I've known the family very well over the past 15 years... they're a lovely family and its such a tragedy.
I saw my mate yesterday evening and when he got out of the car I gave him a hug, Chris has never once in the time I've known him shown weakness or anything like that.. but when I held him, he crumbled away in my arms, was one of the most powerful things I've ever had to deal with.

sorry for your loss mate,i was reading about this in our local paper tonight and thinkin what a shame such a young lassie, my thoughts are with you, your mate and his family,and all the best wishes in the world that her b/f pulls through ok, hope the little bastard gets locked up for life, always the same with drink drivers always the innocent that get hurt.
