asking for a friend
Pc connected to Uni's inet at 100mb/s (limited to 2mbit via CiscoCleanAccess)
getting 250kb/s up and down before xmas
go away for xmas, got back today, inet is limited to 50kb/s
NOTHING has changed... whatsoever.. (doubt its router/Cisco server related too)
Disabled IPv6
disabled autotuning via netsh command
tried a different NIC
tried a different ethernet cable
tried a different uni network access point (got 2 in my flat)
IDEAS?!?!?!!?!?!?
