Copenhagen anyone been ?
Just booked flights to go in April for the Froch fight. Got hotel sorted just wondered if anyone has been before and tips on good pubs and clubs etc ?

Sure.. visited Copenhagen now and then. My advise to you if its pubs/bars you are after, ofcause it depends what you are looking for, like ONLY carlsberg/tuborg/english beer/danish micro brewery etc. Keep of the absolute center/main streets/pedestrian street to find the cheaper and better places (bars/pubs/clubs) like most other countries. Ofcause some of the hottest places will ofcause be located in the center.
Any doubt ask a local or at the hotel.

I've been, but a long time ago.
Great place though, make sure you have a look round Tivoli gardens at night.....that's a wicked place

This hotel is located in in the best place you can imagine, if you are after bars, pubs, bodegas and alot of small shops and businesses.
As I see it, its located in Istedgade VERY near the main train station (Hovedbanegĺrden as it is called in danish)... walk down Istedgade away from the main train station and you will find. In the area near the station there is a few "naughty" shops as well. if you want more modern cafe´s take a walk down the parallel street called Vesterbrogade also ewith alot of shop and restaurents.
This is ofcause just the one part of the city.. on the other side of the station, you have Tivoli.. and you will find even more city life and the absolute center of cph.
As I am from Cph, AND I hate modern discos, I will recommend a walk in area you actually are staying in
..love it.
