They fit in ok , just need mods for radiator and wiring , you need to bypass the speed sensor on the wiring loom too. BOA set up is preferred over the later BOB, I'm led to believe that its easier to fit
It will bolt up to a type 9 gearbox but the power will kill it in time , better with a MT75 hybrid box.
There is a few threads on Capri power about this conversion

Thats the 10 million dollar question ? the type 9 is known for not being the strongest box , that said a good condition gearbox may last ok ,
In my 2.8 TT I destroyed 3 type 9 boxes then got one rebuilt and that broke within 8 months , I ended up going back to the earlier 2.8i box which is a 4 speed.

Most powerful iv ever seen is swaymars 3.2 turbo xpack capri that had 340hp on a t4 turbo, sadly caught fire and was destroyed. The david brimble zakspeed capri was around 260hp at the wheels, thats still around, again with a swaymar engine. Be nice to see someone building a decent power one, would make a change.

Dude, you really need to go 24v if you are after power per £ and its really that simple. Theres no need to go the Swaymar route these days as i done that in the 80's to my Tina, and as good as it was it was no match for what is available these days.
Just think, 200 horses just by a simple engine swap.
Over what you have already, i'd say its a no brainer dude
Get it done already
