Default Smashed evo 9

When i went into work on xmas eve one of the lads i work with had been in a bit of a bump the night before, a young lad in a corsa drove into the back of him at approx 30-40mph. Fooking gutted for him. Here are some pics do yous think it will be wrote off?

Does look fucked that, hard to tell really without seeing what it looks like underneath and with panels removed. Have seen worse repaired, so might be ok!

I'd say yes. Genuine Mitsi panels are a fortune.

Has a good pre -accident value being a 360 so might be repairable.

Bent chassis would be a right off, but with a roof crease she will deffo be written off!

prob a 15k car. depends what other 1/4 is like.
bumper
boot lid
1/4
light
maybe boot floor

insurance might repair that car....prob got 7k to play with..if they dont i'd be buying it back and fixing it myself

EDIT EDIT; if the roofs gone its a write off

looks driveable to me stick a plate on the back and tell your mate to go have some fun before it goes to the big car park in the sky.

Probably a write off tbh mate.

Mine had a shunt from the rear N/S and didnt look to bad however the chassis leg was crumpled and the bulkhead between the boot and rear seat had a crease so it took a weird twist during the accident.

Repair costs came to over £10K as the AYC pump was also damaged so that alone was around £2K IIRC

I took the money and ran like £uck

Doesnt look too bad does it

same happend to me about 2 months back in the cos, it was a red corsa lol.
luckily i had a tow bar i had fitted about 3 weeks before and it was really ugly, it stook out about half afoot.
at the lights on red, there was a big jolt an a crunch, i get out and this corsa iss fooked and my tow bar dosent stick out anymore. lol but the cars fine. it just touched th tail gate, all in cosst me £400 to repair.

I'll buy it off him if he buy's it off the insurance company.. can throw in some extra cash for his trouble!

Just what I'm after if it does get written off.

Happy to pay him a good bit over what he pays to get it off the insurance co.

PM me if interested.

Si
