It's the coldest I've ever known round here.
There was big icebergs coming down the River Severn when it began to thaw..

Polar bears used to knock on the door and ask if they could have a quick warm by the fire.......

-7 outside the work today and at home... inside the building however the thermostat reading was chucking out -12 to start with until we fired the heaters on!

-9.5 in Shinfield yesterday morning.

Tried to down my window after de-icing it. The window stayed there and the runner shot down. What a joy!!!

-8.9 round me yesterday morning apparently. Didn't see that personally, but the thermometer in the Astra Estate at work was reading -7 at about 9am
