I used to work at ashley exhausts mate, they do custom exhausts and manifolds.

They're ok, just make sure you buy stainless and not mild

The shop is located in Walsall, if you need contact details just pm me

you could try rickylee on the site mate , made roosie a maniflold and makes alot for the civic crew,

sure this wouldnt be an issue for him and seeing as he works for himself you dont have the extra costs you would for a bigger company ,

Try Niel at T-logic 07780886815

http://www.thermallogic.co.uk/

He made an inconel tubular turbo manifold for me and an exhaust system for a YB.
Father and son team, i think you will find him more resonable than the above.

If you talk to him say hello from me.

dont mean to sound harsh but why does it need to be a custom system?

surely unless its a wild stupid power spec a off the shelf piper manifold would be ok!?

1. because piper dont do a zetec manifold and i have an ashley which is shit
2. want a specific style and size of manifold that i have found works on zetecs
3. i dont want to be charged £1600 for a fiesta exhaust
4. all the fiesta systems i have found are only 2 inch id(st170 is 2.5in as std!!)
5. next year i am building another zetec (275bhp N/A) and dont want to be buying another manifold so if i spec this one right i can still use it.

hope this answers your question mate

I know you said no to AVA but im sure big Tom that use to do alot of the fab at ava has set up himself and his work realy is good.

Also on a side note i noticed a full zetec dry sump kit forsale on pistonheads the other day http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1374762.htm

iam not being funny but the quick silver exhaust manifolds are shit as well, they have been crush bent and not mandrel bent which will vastly slow exhaust gas speed down and the collector will create such a bad flowing area that you may lose bhp .

and the one in the first pic should of been smashed over the cunts head
asthats just shocking

cheers paul

Serious question, why bother with all the hassle for 270bhp n/a when an easy turbo conversion will give you that? Save a lot of £££?

so whats happening to it then?
2L, 50mm bodies, 12.1 compression!?

or crazier than that?

also you say you want bigger than 2" diameter, as the st170 is 2.5" but im sure n/a cars need a small bore, so im sure 2.5" would be plently
