I was doing some enquiries this morning about sapphire chassis rails and I spoke to this company

Gentleman informed me that they have made "front to back" floor panels for both sides of a sierra shell, i was asking about saphs and the person got confused that answered the phone so we ended up talking about 3 doors.
However, when i asked him about the chassis rails he sai they could make ANY Ford panel, but to do so they'd need a minimum order of 20 and the lead time would be 5 months. I asked him for a rough cost but he wouldn't commit.
Going to carry on the search though!

let us know if you find the chassis rails as I would like to change my N/S one as its been repaired once already

Defo, i've emailed a couple of places that supply "plates" but i don't know how big/what they look like. Waiting for them to get back to me.
2nd option is to either buy a crap base model saph and cut them out, or get somone to cut up a saph they've broken and send me the bit i need. (long shot)
