Default Fireworks........

Happy New Year everyone!!!

Did you see the Fireworks display that was held at the London Eye?? Was watching it and it was mental.

The finale just cant be described, the Eye just disappeared into an intense blinding flash as there was just so much going on. However much did that cost??

Was moved by all the coverage of the Asian disaster on Sky last night though. Kind of over-shadowed it all.

I was at the London Eye display. Was on the south bank behind the wheel near the Shell building . Was so busy there last night!!

Display was amazing! Finale was just so with so much going off and the noise was deafening for ages, especially with all the explosions echoing off the big office buildings. Had to be there to believe the noise! Top!!

Aparently there was supposed to be a light show for 10 minutes before midnight but they cancelled that and had a two minute silence instead as a mark of respect. I must admit I didn't notice the two minute silence though. Just read about it on the news now.
