windows7 problem??? help

Exclamation windows7 problem??? help

Having problems with windows7 i think, if try to i nstall any type of anti-virus when i restart or turn on my computer it goes into safe mode and have to recover to before installation of anti-virus to get it to work again

tried norton/avg/mcafee but no joy with any of them?? is this normal?? any help appreciated

If you can give me a couple of hours I will probably be able to tell you the answer as Symantec are currently using Remote Access to sort the same problem on my machine as I type this on my iPhone

avira works fine on the 3 installs of Win 7 I have done.

What is the file that it crashes on? Mine has turned out to be nv4_mini.sys which is a graphics driver for my nvidia card

Avast works on 7, and is better than avg etc
