soft boiled eggs!
how the hell do you get them spot on.
have them every sunday morning as a treat and can usually get them something like,but not every time. how do you cook yours?
we have got an egg timer that you stick in the pan with the eggs when there all cold which will work ok for the first round but its still too warm to give an accurate reading for the second lot.
we have also tried putting them into boiling water and cooking for 4 minutes,which usually works but the eggs usually crack.

thats for HARD boiled eggs. i want SOFT boiled eggs.lol

get the water boiling put the eggs in with a ladel and boil for 5 mins
just had 2 myself and they were spot on.

room temp egg, into boiling water, use an egg timer to time them and put into cold water when removed to stop them cooking. works for me every time

if your egg crack splash a bit of vinegar in the water,it stops the egg coming out the shell and bloks the crack.

i put the eggs in cold water bring to boil then simmer for 2 mins then let them stand in cold water for 30 seconds,also keep them at room temperature

Thats how my old dear cooked em when I was a kid - cept she just did em for 4 mins, not with a timer
Man it's been YEARS since I had a boiled egg! Want one now
