How amazing is that 17 year contract- minimum of 10 years commitment from wot i've read before either party can pull out or get terms changed etc.

I've alway thought Donington is too small for f1 even though they had the 1993 race. It's too stop start in a f1 car imho.

whats that mean Donnington will now be way over priced for everything then close down cause its skint?

If it ever opens up again, the track is still ripped up and a lot of the new buildings haven't even been started.

i think it was all a ploy to get rid of donnington and have no other place to run the grand prix other than silverstone

afer all, can you imagine the outcry if there was no british grand prix next year? most of the teams are british, as are the last few champs so there is a bit of history there

unles they used silverstone as the setting for the european leg of the season?
