Default RIP my little puppy Now with pics

As some of you may know one of my cute miniature jack russel dogs became ill a few months ago. After numerous visits to the vets and emergency vets I took her to a heart specialist it appears she was born with mitral valve stenosis .

With this type of heart disorder they only live to 2.5 she managed 5.5 years. She had shown no signs of any illness up until recently.
She became breathless again on sat night I thought if i just calm her down and get her to sleep she would recover as she had done in the past.
She became worse and worse and the look on her face of help me please was heart breaking.

It appeared to me that this was now her time she had done nothing excessive at all all day.
I comforted her through out the night as best as I could she eventually died in my arms at 7.45 am on Sunday morning
The heart break has been unreal I can only liken it to loosing a child
This has been the worse day of my life
I buried her in her favourite spot in the garden

sad time
RIP my little one gone but never forgotten
all fellow animal lovers will know how the kids and I are feeling right now

Charlie at 5 years old RIP my love

Charlie with her twin sister charlie is on the left

Meet jasper 7.5 weeks old

I will try and post some pics of her and her sister up soon but it is too heart breaking at the moment
anyway rightly or wrongly I went and bought another one he is called jasper and is 7.5 weeks old it had to be done he is ace
had Charlie been 15 or so I would have been ok but she was so young such a short life she brought so much happiness into mine and the kids life in her short time with us.
As some of you may know my childrens mother left them 6 years ago and hasn't been back since the puppies were brought to help them through this bad period for this we have to thank charlie she brought so much happiness to us in her short life

having her die in your arms and watching her take her last breath is heart wrenching
but if I had had her put to sleep I would have always felt guilty at least I know it was her time

Sorry to read this buddy , I know how much the pups mean to you :-(

I hope the new one turns out to be the great friend you deserve and helps to fill such a large hole that is created by losing a furry friend.

P.s your still a miserable old Cunt

I cany help but feel how lucky you were to be there for her and to be holding her when she went

Think of it from her point of view , what possible better way to go than in the arms of somone who you loves and who loves you back so much

I think its perfect mate , I know its very very hard for you but a special moment for you both
