Default mobile help??

Dont know if anyone can help or knows anything about it but....

I have the samsung pixon M8800, Ive owned it since February, and the touch screen has stopped working leaving the phone basically unusable...

I have managed up until now to get it come back to life so i can use the touch screen feature, but now it wont work at all

Does anyone know either how to get it working, or what im entitled to from Orange, as im in a contract with them with the phone, I didn't take out the insurance on the phone either as i never have done or needed to before...

So come on mobile bods help me out please!!!

yeh phone should be under warranty. Go to the shop kick up a fuss and dont leave with out a new phone!! T-Mobile used to have service centres that you could just pop in to. Maybe orange has the same?

beat ya to it! I phoned the orange shop up where i got it from and they told me that as its over 6 months old it would have to be sent off for repair, she then gave me a number...and a website....

the repair is not done by anyone who has anything to do with orange and charge me Ł17 for it, and if the phone can't be repaired i wont get it back unless I pay Ł15!

Just been offered a phone from a mate, so just waiting to find out how much she wants for it...that will make my decision on what i do next about it! lol
