Default quaife cam pulleys?

hi.. im being a bit thick but what is the std setting on these as their are loads of holes for adjustment on them but dont seem to have any alignment marks.. ?
anyone fitted these that can advise....

anyone have any advice on fitting these.... ? ive got an idea but other opinions would be good....

i used them, iirc zero is with the peg 180 degs or opposite the woodruff key on the cam.
