Default help needed anyone know a free photo recovery programme

we really need to get 7 pics from a dodgy memory card , i have downloaded a few programmes but they want you to buy the pics does anyone know anywhere where i can get em for free cheers

Not too sure but if the pics are of any importance then it must be worth paying? cant be that much surely?

the one i tried worked well but they wanted 69.99 dollars for the pics but too much for my liking

have you been able to find the card on the computer and just not access it or is it impossible to find?

hi mate its a rs-mmc card i have a card reader but when you try and open the folders it just keeps opening a folder in a folder in a folder and not finding any pics but using the programmes on the net where you have to pay it finds them but the free one that was said on here doesnt find the pics i need

a simple thing, but you never know, was it correctly disconnected from the computer when you last used it?

i think i had the same problem with my hard drive, but for the life of me i can't remember who sorted it for me here

File Recovery + Smart Recovery - both are good and free. each work better with different types of card/problems so give both a try.

I had a corrupted XD card and had to use File Recovery and do 20 at a time. Worked in the end though, and nothing else would!
