Monitoring at home. live in apartments with access from the road / ground level so I thought the idea of having some cameras with motion sensor + normal motion sensor.

whas thinking the idea of connecting it all with cabel and not wifi...

but as I said

what cameras?
what motion sensors?

and where?

nope not any security firm (as long they dont sell sensors/cameras to all)

take a trip to your local mapplins they have a good selection of cammeras & bits to make them work

They do have some junk on the site, but decent stuff too, trouble is knowing what's good or not.
