ok be patient with me as im asking for a friend, here goes, lets say i insure a company vehicle in my name as im a director of that company if i then sell my share of the company can i use the no claims that has been accrued as the vehicle was insured in my name?

 

I think the question is best asked of the insurance co. involved, as different companies have different policies regarding company vehicle NCB's and possible transfer of said.

 

I don't see why not, providing YOU were the insurer ie you took the policy out not the company
