Hiya folks, after all these thefts of pride and joys im now thinking of getting some kind of cctv system set up to overlook my drive, was just wondering if anyone on here reccomends any certain products.

MY only needs really are infra red, some kind of hard drive that can be downloaded if needed. Be able to save a minimum of 2 weeks and Only records when the motion detectors are activated.

What kind of prices should I be looking at?

I have a Merit Lilin DVR recorder at home and 4 cameras around the outside. The DVR has 2 hard drives on constant record, once the disc(s) run out they start from scratch overwriting the old data, you get about 2 weeks worth of footage at 15 frames per second. Not mega expensive to buy, I can access the camera and control the DVR via the internet, view them on my house PC's and all TV's in the house!!!

im not trying to dis harten ya but if they want it there just going to put a scarf and a cap on there heads buy some big f off dogs and let them run about ur garden if u have driveway gates padalock em and let the dogs play in the garden. i have 2 dogue de bordeauxs trust me it works lol ps dogue de bordeauxs is the same type of dog from the turner and hooch movie
