i'm assuming that he means that a train weighing in at 400 ton doing 5mph would take as much force to stop as a car weighing 1 ton doing 2000mph

Its like saying the bowling ball falling at 5mph is equivelent to the golf ball falling at 2000mph.......It makes fuck all sence!!!!
