PC help...??

why all of a sudden, when i press SHIFT+F2 does it type @ symbol??

how do i get it to do speech marks again??

Because your language is set as US!!!! if your on XP go into control panel, then regional and language settings, and make sure its all set to UK not US!!

Shift + F2 does nothing for me anyway
