no matter how much i eat, i cant put weight on - stayed at 11.5 stone for the last 3 years and all i eat is horrendously fatty junk food, shitloads of cheese and takeaways most nights

Gotta admit for a long time (I'm just over 6tf btw) I was about 11.5st. Then I went through a bad phase and went down to 10st

now I have started eating better again and last time I checked i was up to 13.5st
